Study Details
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of cholestyramine on the amount of study drug that reaches the blood stream and how long the body takes to get rid of it. Cholestyramine is an approved medication for the treatment of high cholesterol. In addition, the safety and tolerability of the study drug, when given alone and with cholestyramine, will be evaluated. Information about any side effects that may occur will be collected.
