Study Details
This study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of an investigational drug in healthy men and women and otherwise healthy with previous clinical evidence of NAFLD (Healthy Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease) volunteers with well-controlled comorbidities.
Participant Requirements: Men and Women, ages 18 to 65, non-smokers. No use of tobacco or nicotine-containing products in the last 3 months. Have not received any vaccine and have not participated in any other clinical trial in the last 30 days. BMI (Body Mass Index) must be between 18 and 35.
Study Period
This study will consist of 3 overnight stays and 1-2 returns.

- Men and Women
- Age 18 to 65
