Study Details
Parexel Baltimore is currently seeking healthy male and female volunteers to participate in a clinical research trial to evaluate the potential effects of the treatment with CHF5993 pMDI to the heart health, by measuring changes of the cardiac rhythm.
Study Period
- Cohort 1 Screening Dates: April 10. 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20,
- Cohort 1 Admission Dates: (1) May 7-9, (2) May 28-30, (3) June 18-20, (4) July 09-11, (5) July 30-August 1
- Cohort 1 Follow-up visit: August 7
- Cohort 2 Screening Dates: April 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 27, 28
- Cohort 2 Admission Dates: (1) May 9-11, (2) May 30-June 1, (3) June 20-22, (4) July 11-13, (5) August 1-3
- Cohort 2 Follow-up visit: August 9

- Ages 18-55
- Non-smokers or ex-smokers (1 year or more)
- BMI: 18-32 kg/m2
- Minimum 50 kg (110 lbs) body weight
