The purpose of this study is to determine how the investigational drug is absorbed, broken down, and removed from the body in volunteers with kidney impairment when compared to volunteers with a normal level of kidney function.

The purpose of this study is to determine how a single oral dose of an investigational medication is broken down and removed from the body in volunteers with various degrees of liver impairment when compared to volunteers with normal liver function.

The overall purpose for this study is to find out if the study drug is absorbed or eliminated differently in women with normal liver function compared to woman with impaired liver function.

To test an investigational drug given in combination with an approved antibiotic to determine doses needed for people with kidney disease when compared to volunteers with a normal level of kidney function.

The purpose of this study is to find out if the investigational study drug is absorbed or eliminated differently in people with normal liver function compared to people with impaired liver function.
